Dear Exhibitors,

Please join us for our 5th Annual New Jersey Alpaca Classic Show on November 2rd and 3rd, 2013.  Technically, this may still be our 4th Annual Classic.  After having everything ready to go, Hurricane Sandy had other plans for the Garden State.  The show was cancelled and all moneys were refunded as we all turned our attention to the storm and those effected. We sincerely hope you join this fall as we resume our task of putting on our best show yet.

The halter show is a level 3 show and certification by AOBA (Alpaca Owners and Breeders Association) is pending.  We suggest you register as soon as registration opens because our stall space is limited and you won’t want to miss out!  Registration opens 8/10/13.  Hurry, because the first 60 stalls sold get a discount of $15 per stall.  Registration will be open through 10/15/12.

We aim to make this a fun, easy and budget-friendly event.  The NJ Alpaca Classic is being held at the beautiful DREAM Park Equestrian Complex in Logan Township, NJ conveniently located off of Route 295, the NJ Turnpike and just minutes away from Philadelphia.  As in the past, stalls prices are remaining low, with a discount on the first 60 stalls sold.  We will be featuring our free all-you-can-eat welcome BBQ and low price tickets for the Saturday evening Italian buffet dinner can be ordered when you register.  Food and vendors will be on site for breakfast and lunch. Sponsorships of all levels include vouchers for these some of these meals too!  Hotels and restaurants are 5-10 minutes away.  We have reserved blocks of rooms at the rate of just $89 - 99 per night.  Please consider sponsoring the show. 

Sponsorships are available for as little as $50 and the top level of Platinum Sponsor is available for only $1250!  For those of you attending and kind enough to sponsor, we have an enticing offer.  Choose your preferred level of sponsorship and, if you complete your entry and we receive payment by 9/15/13, you will be upgrade one level of sponsorship.  If you are generous enough to be a platinum sponsor, you will be refunded the cost of one of your in addition to your other benefits.

The show will take an extended break at lunchtime on Saturday.  Thanks to the generosity of some of the show’s past supporters, we have compiled an amazing group of breedings to world-class champion herdsires.  We will have a LIVE auction for these breedings, so raise your hands high!  Immediately following the auction, we are proud to present Jude Anderson as our keynote speaker.

Our show will be fun and safe.  Please note the health requirements and be sure your alpacas are in good health, free from any communicable disease.
